the rooms are reasonably large and unique with kitchen.

Enjoyed Miami, the hotel was great affordable so close to everything. The location of the property was very central, near Collins Avenue, and the beach and main attractions.

The staff we met were not very friendly.

Really enjoyed great and stunning location of the hotel. It took us 26 minutes to drive to this quiet accommodation from the airport. We had FANTASTIC and wonderful rooms with a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges.

Location for south beach was excellent, room was good size and comfortable

We had a room at rear of the property. At night this room was very noisy from the alley at the back.There must be a rear door to a nightclub opposite which was regularly opened loud music with people arguing, swearing etc. After club shut at approx 4am bottles emptied into bins in alley then at 6.30 dustbin lorry empties bins. Would advise ask for a room nearer the front

The location is superb, ideal for exploring South Beach. I was also impressed by your friendly staff who greeted us very warmly on arrival.

I think you should pay more attendtion the the finishes in the room. Our bath was peeling and showing the original pink porcelain also our carpet was stained and looked a bit shabby. However, I would still stay here again because of the fantastic location and reasonable price.

The room was super spacious with a comfy bed, and I especially enjoyed the clean kitchenette for quick snacks. The hotel offers beach access with free sunbeds and a relaxing pool area. Just a heads up, the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it didn't take away from my overall experience 🏖️

The room was spacious and and clean enough. Kitchen amenities were great and they were actually the reason why we chose this hotel. The location was great, only a block away from the wonderful beach. The staff were helpful and kind.

The room and actually the whole hotel wasn't as clean and stylish as we expected. This concerns especially the bathroom. Fitted carpets were awful as always!

The hotel was in a quite good position to visit che city. We had a car and there were two parking places in the other side of the street. The hotel is offering valet parking for the same price as the others but u'll save the tip and time every time u need to pick up the car. The staff it's very gentle and friendly to help u. A+

The cleaning of the room wasn't so we were expecting. during the weekend (sat and sun) noone was cleaning up the room. On our last 2 days they cut off the water without any note with all the consequences.

Best value for money during our three week vacation in the US. Great location, nice and flexible staff, room quality and size were worth much more than hotel price!!!

Had a blast with my friends! We enjoyed the Lincoln Road Mall and even caught a show at the Jackie Gleason Theatre. The kitchenette was handy, and breakfast options were a nice surprise, despite the small setup. If you're staying, consider asking for a room away from the main road to avoid noise.

It was very central to everything on South Beach, Room was big enough for four adults. Although we were not there long enough to use the kitchen facilities I am sure we would have had we stayed longer, Staff were very helpful. Would recommend.
